Hi, Carla. Many of our recipes are in the Menu Planner, including vegetable soups and other warm alternatives to salads. For the newer ones that have not yet been added, you can just swap in something similar. You can also just use a desired recipe as the method to prepare the foods in your meal – that’s one of the reasons the foods are listed relatively generically.

When I first started your program I added the meal plans and just did very basic recipes to meet the requirements. That did assist with losing weight but became a little mundane. Now it is winter in Australia and salads are not warming. I would like to know how to add recipes to the program and keep within the guidelines. Is there an easy way to do this?
