Hi, Kenacotto. Many of the recipes are alternatives to those already in your menu – just click on the edit icon (a pencil), then select what you want from the pop-up menu. If what you want isn’t in that list, you can just use whatever recipe you do want instead of what’s on your menu, but if needed, do adjust the portion size to match the calories allotted to you.

I see alot of good recipes for keto, and I decided to go back on keto and I am excited. But I dn’t know how to add those recipes to my meal plan?
