I purchased some chia seeds and flaxseeds and have started to add these to my yogurt dishes, only 1 Tbs. each. Will this jeopardize my menu that much and is is alright to have a total of 3 Tbs. a day of each of them? I got them for the extra fiber as I have been slightly constipated at times. KD

I remember seeing somewhere that you could have food items added to the choice list. How do you do this?
