![]() | Hi Marymim, you sound like I’m looking in the mirror! Sweets are my downfall. I can pass up the salty chips my husband brings home, but those sweets get to me. OK, they say just throw it out, get rid of the sweets, but my husband doesn’t need to lose weight, so he enjoys sweets. I am going to ask him to go toMc |
![]() | Mary,In Successful, Beginnings and Support, are a great group of people experiencing the same thing you are. Many have reached their last stepping off place, their last hope. Yet, we are finding hope together by sharing our struggles and journies. This is a plade of hope. There is a lot of prepartion but it is for a step twoard being healthier and happier. Good luck and God Bless |
![]() | Not sure this is the right place for me to seek help, but I’m hoping to get a group to hold me accountable in some way for my bad choice of eating habits. I want to lose 50 lbs and since I signed up for the TDC, I have eaten like someone is going to take food away from me tomorrow. It has got to stop because I am miserable. My biggest weakness is sweets. I know what I should eat but preparing food is a chore that I despise. Each day I wake up hoping for a new attitude and a start to a weight loss journey and a new healthier me. I hoping some or all of you out there that read this will have something to get me started in the right direction. |
