Hi, Kate. It should say “active” on the container. With regard to the yogurts, we just wanted to keep it simple so that the Menu Planner application would be as flexible as possible for users, and they wouldn’t find themselves limited by more protein and carb exchanges having been used up for a food that won’t really interfere.

Hi Ossie.
Bacteria in yogurt. Is all bacteria in yogurt “active” or does it have to say active on the container?

AND, Greek yogurt has around 18g of protein and regular yogurt has at least 1/2 of that. Why isn’t the greek counting more as a protein and the regular .5 for each carb and protein? Just doesn’t make sense to me.
