Night shift as in over night?
If that is the case just treat the “weekly menu” the same with rotated hours.Your day is while everyone is sleeping. My day starts at 4:15 am so I too need to tweek my day a little.
Eat only the “healthy items at work you should still loose weight.

I cook at Waffle House 4days a week and don’t have the money to buy food to eat at worried and we get our meals for free there when we are working. I’m not sure what to eat that won’t ruin my diet. Also all I work is night shift so my schedule is all screwy and I feel like it is throwing my body off. What should I do??
