| | lol. Yes, DMAN, they actually do. That is a large part of the TDC program: portion control and eating 6 small meals a day. It keeps us from getting hungry, and it keeps our body at the maximum level for optimal energy and vitality. I have been following the TDC program for a year now, and it works. It seemed a lot at first, but as I began changing my habits and my thought processes, it became easier. I also learned what I needed to eat and when. |
| | How do you mix all the different tiny portions into every meal, every day? The menu that was created seems impossible. I understand the importance of mixing types of food and limiting portions, but do they need to mixed 6 times a day? |
