Hi, KimKD. Apologies – I see now that you have the keto plan. All of the recipes are by default at 80 because they are high in fat and largely saturated fat, which is controversial. Don’t worry about the score here. If you want to make your meals healthier, try these tips:
1. Use fresh herbs and spices (add a few extras, to taste)
2. Avoid using any versions of ingredients that are overly refined or processed.
3. Use pastured or omega-3 eggs, preferably organic
4. Use pastured meats and poultry, preferably organic
5. Use only uncured bacon, ham, sausage, etc.
6. For beverages, use green or herbal teas

I tried that but they all come up the same shade of blue.

Hi, KimKD. Swap some of the foods in darker shades of blue for those in lighter shades of blue. Click on the item you want to change, then select an alternative from the pop-up list.
