Hi, Isabel. You can go through the 8-week plan as much as you want, or just keep using the exercise videos to make sure you stay active. At this point, you also have the option of using the fully personal version of the Menu Planner application to build menus based on foods you like, guided by our color system to help you make healthy choices. Our recipes can give you ideas of healthy food preparation, and you can get general information from our many articles.

I’m 9 weeks in an miss the steps 1-8 weeks. will there be any more steps for us to take. I’m feeling a bit lost
