![]() | Hi, Cobar. The intention is for you to eat it all. The goal is to get your metabolism up and prevent hunger – the amounts will decrease as you lose weight. If the frequency is too high, it can be grouped into 3-5 meals per day, depending on what works for you. If you would like assistance with this, please repost here, and I would be happy to help. |
![]() | I too have had leg surgery and can’t exercise, apart from a small pedal exerciser and chair aerobics. I usually have porridge for breakfast and one meal a day. I’ve never eaten this much food. My husband doesn’t believe I’m reading it correctly and is sure I should only have one or 2 items from each selection. I must admit this plan looks as if I’ll be eating all day long. |
![]() | Hi, Drunkendocker. Yes, that would be fine if it is most comfortable for you. |

![]() | Hi, Bigtootie. Most folks here just start whenever they start the day, then eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours, ending about an hour before retiring for the night. |
![]() | As someone who eats very little during the day, (weight gain from multiple leg surgeries) how do u fit in all those meals and snacks? Do I need to eat breakfast at 5 a.m? This should be an interesting new adventure. |
