![]() | I’m in my fifth week and I don’t see much difference in my weight. I will loose 1/2 lb. then gain it back I’m following the portions and sometimes I don’t eat the carbs. I still have ent lost anything. I have knee and hip issues that keep from doing a lot if excersize so I don’t know if that the reason. |
