![]() | I’m so sad. We don’t have organic foods here, or that SW bread, or a lot of the other foods. I’m trying to do the plan with natural foods. That means no corn for me(I too love corn on the cob, I don’t eat Any bread either, maybe a regular egg now and then. I rarely eat any red meat, no liquor either. Hopefully I’ll still be able to lose weight. |

![]() | The 5 food to never it or drink are: concentrated orange juice, margarine, whole wheat bread, processed soy, and genetically modified organism (GMO) like corn. Also, stay away from high carb food or drinks, and artificial sweeteners. Good Luck!!! |
