Hi, axpersichetti. The following are the 5 foods:
1. Processed soy products (recommended: organic, fermented or sprouted less process items such as tofu, milk, tempeh)
2. Artificial sweeteners
3. Preserved orange juice (fresh-squeezed is recommended)
4. Regular margarine (“smart” margarines and pastured butter are preferred)
5. Regular wheat bread (better: 100% whole wheat or sprouted whole wheat)
