I started at 253.5, at end of 1st week was 249.5, at end of 2nd wk was 245.75…so lost about 4#/we. Still not a believer yet, but still following the suggested meal plans. Feel good, still go to the gym 3 times/wk to lift weights…”if” this continues, then perhaps i will be come a beeee-leeee-vuuuuur…!
