Hi, Thompsonsc. We encourage green vegetables so much that I would encourage you to get extras whenever you can. If you’re concerned about overdoing it, choose items from the “Free” column in the vegetables link.

I saw in the menu that certain veggies are only 1 serving, but my meal plan said 2 servings of veggies. So I had 2 servings of brussel sprouts. Then I saw that they said only 1 serving in the description of veggies. So was I supposed to have only 1 serving of brussel sprouts even though my meal plan said 2 servings of veggies?
