Hi, Trouble2014, and congratulations on your loss! Because it was so fast, it could be than you have hit a plateau. Have you been updating your weight in your profile? A lower weight will result in you getting lower portions of foods. If that is not the issue, I suggest making some changes to your physical activity – either work a new set of muscles, increase the intensity/frequency/time, or add in brief (30-second) spurts of high-intensity exercise here and there in your regular routine – this can help wake up your metabolism.

After 1 month I am down 11 pounds which is great but stuck now. Certain meals are just too filling to finish or much too dry. The tuna rice combo can’t do it any ideas? Have Quinoa, brown Basmati rice and the classic mashed potatoes,(recipe).
