Just substitute the ingredients for what is in the same food group on your menu. You can also switch items around throughout the day if needed. For example, Rita, there are no vegetables in the AM, but you can move your AM fruit to lunch and have your vegetable shake in the morning.
Instone4, be sure to select the types of ingredients as you go through the Menu Planner application – i.e. nuts – and do what I suggested for Rita.
Just be sure to pay attention to portion sizes.

When you find out, let me know too! I usually make my own carrot / celery juice in the AM. I enjoy it while taking my vitamins.

My wife and I purchased the Nutra Bullet approx 1 month ago. We love it and dont want to give it up. Can we incorporate the Nutra Bullet into our daily plan using the TrimDown menu. It consists of 50%veggies 50% fruits sprinkled with your choice of nuts, then blended. How can we do this?
