Hi, bse64. Shakes on-the-go can be a great way to ensure you get in all your nutrients. We don’t generally encourage highly processed products like SlimFast, as they can work against your efforts here, but there are others out there that are food-based and just as delicious. Vega-One, for example. Try to find those sold at health-oriented stores, and that have foods in the ingredients list; also be sure it is sweetened with Stevia or something like erythritol or xylitol instead of artificial sweeteners.

You can use any one of the ingredients between the slashes, or any combination thereof. When you go into the “Recipes” section of the site, search for “shake” and not the recipes with milk or yogurt as ingredients – those are the ones considered “dairy”.

Can someone help me. When I go to the menus and search for fruit juice shake there is only a few things there. However, the strawberry spinach one seemed doable, but not just fruit juice. In the recipe there is a line with like four ingredients all together with slashes. Do you use them all? Also my menu has both fruit juice shake dairy and not dairy. I didn’t find anything with dairy.
