![]() | My sister in law is celeiac and has shared a great many insights . Apparently there are trace amounts of wheat flour considered too small to note in MANY foods . Example some nuts are dusted to keep from sticking together . Have several friends with acid reflex issues . In short order these symptoms have disappeared after eliminating gluten from their diets . ![]() | I am a vegetarian going gluten free due to sensitivity to gluten. If I choose bred on the planner menu, can I replace it with gluten free? I also can’t eat uncooked tomatoes or mushrooms. I am struggling to do a meal plan due to these limitations. Any help is appreciated. |
