 mrcrot 12 years ago | I have tried the strawberry swirl cheesecake and I’m no baker, but I have to throw the whole thing out, no-one in the house will eat it,it tastes awful….. |
 hcglaze 12 years ago | Thank you I will. It only called for 1 tsp of Stevia which doesn’t seem like enough to me. But I have never cooked with it. |
| Ossie-Sharon 12 years ago | Sometimes the aftertaste of Stevia can make it seem like the end-product is not sweet. Try substituting with xylitol, about 2/3 cup. |
