|   | Absolutely! If you get a hang of the recommended portion sizes, the ultimate goal is always to make the principles of the program second-nature.  | 
|   | If we have some favorite healthy soup recipes, can we substitute equal servings of them instead of a soup choice on the menu? I typically use only fresh veggies; dried beans, peas or lentils; minimal amounts of meat (if any).  |
