Hello everyone – I started last Monday and did well trying to mix up my new diet. I’m trying to set up an easy daily menu to follow. How can I create my own consistant weekly menu? I would like to add my own foods, instead of choices from the food planner section. I would like to be able to print out the weekly menu to share with others. I have learned alot about my eating habits, and the trim down club has been a great dietary guide for me.

I appreciate any help.
