![]() | Raw cheese is made from milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized. It still has lactose, but like all cheeses, less than the whole milk. If you can’t have regular cheese, this may cause you the same problems. Unless you take lactase tablets before eating dairy, vegan cheese may be a better fit for you. |
![]() | This may be a crazy question but what exactly is raw cheese? I’m lactose intolerant. Is raw cheese better for my situation? This is my first day and I’m so excited to begin. I’m a one-a-day eater so this will definitely be a challenge for me. |
