Canned soup is the easiest issue – try to go organic and low-salt as much as possible.
As for energy bars, that is more challenging, as there are many out there that nearly meat the criteria for junk food. Here it is also very important to go organic, and to check the label for a lack of added artificial ingredients and/or overabundance of sugars and saturated fats. The promo video mentioned that there would be recommendations for canned soups and energy bars. I’ve not found that information in the download material. Could someone please help? thanks!
