emmafroud 12 years ago | Don’t worry about the amount of food it seems like a lot but after a couple of days you will realise you don’t feel bloated or hungry for sugary things, its defiantly worth trying |

It seems like a lot, but has been properly combined for your body to reach its optimum metabolism. So…chow down 🙂 By the way, if you read through some of the threads in the community you will find that we’ve all asked the same questions. It literally seems like a lot to swallow ~ hehehe! wiegandtb 12 years ago | I just joined the club and created the menues based on the foods I like. I’v got a question: there are usually 2-3 items listed for each mealtime, does that mean I can eat all items or 1 item from each group of listed foods? |
