| Have been on this for a week or so and checking my menu and others posts, i think you have to forget all that you have been told about dieting/losing weight because most of it is just not true. ie cereal for breaky, its not the best choice ps my dad used to have 2 poached eggs every morning, thats 14 a week and never did him any harm. his cholesterol was always fine. |
![]() | Its a bodybuilder trick but in some recipes you can leave out some of the yokes e.g in the squash omelette I use 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, hope this helps |
