The amount of fat that is good for you depends on your measurements and health issues – if you want to post your height and weight and medical history, I can calculate it for you.
The generally accepted daily sodium amount for most people is 2000-3000 mg per day. If you have a sodium-sensitive health condition (heart or kidney failure, for example), this amount may be lower.
Sugar as in table sugar isn’t recommended, so just try to keep it to a minimum. Try to get your sweets from fruits and other natural sweeteners such as Stevia, monkfruit, or xylitol.
