You can also make nutrient-dense shakes and put them in 16-oz water bottles, or just take with you pints of organic low- or non-fat milk if you like. If you wish, when you have time, you can make some of the muffin recipes, which you can take with you like a protein bar. |
![]() | I have a high stress job in the OR… and I have to eat on the run between surgeries… can u help me devise a menu plan for breakfast and lunch…. I have no time to really sit down and eat. YOu eat when u can. So I need something quick and simple, but filling. Thank you. |
