Many of the whole foods in the Menu Planner are suitable for snacking. Note the many protein-rich nuts, seeds, and cheeses, as well as high-fiber crackers, fruits, and vegetables. You can also make nutrient-dense shakes and put them in 16-oz water bottles, or just take with you pints of organic low- or non-fat milk if you like. If you wish, when you have time, you can make some of the muffin recipes, which you can take with you like a protein bar.
When you go through the Menu Planner application, be sure to check these items for breakfast, lunch, and snacks, and you will get the plans you want. If you hit a snag, please let us know.
