Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Technically, cucumber and zucchini (both free) are fruits, but that is probably not what you are looking for. No, no sweet fruits are free, due to the sugar content. |
Jgau765 11 years ago | Thank you Ossie, are there any free fruits? Jgau |
Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | It all depends what is in the soup. If it is just fat-free broth and nonstarchy vegetables or mushrooms, it could be a free food. Otherwise, it would take the place of something else. If you are checking soups but they are not showing up, it could be that you don’t have exchanges left. Try selecting fewer other items. |
Jgau765 11 years ago | Hi Ossie, can you please tell me where I could add soup. Is this free food or does it have to be substituted for something else on my menu? I printed off All, yes All, of your soup recipes as I like to have it available all the time but I am not seeing soup in my menus. Thanks, Jgau |
