| | WHEN I WAS LOOKING THOUGH THIS, IT SAYS KETO AND GIVES MEAL PLAN, BUT WITH TDC IT HAS A LOT OF FOOD, I TALKED TO MY DR LAST WEEK AND MY CHOLESTEROL IS VERY HIGH. HE IS WORRIED ABOUT ME AS IT HAS DOUBLED. I WAS FOLLOWING MORE OF THE KETO. AND DID FASTING 8 HOURS EATING TO 16 FASTING. BUT MAYBE THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO. |
