![]() | Hi, lilmomma79. You can change your menus each week, but you don’t have to. In fact, you can repeat them as much as you want – even individual meals and days. If it seems like too much food and you don’t usually do three large meals per day, you may prefer our intermittent fasting route. To access this, simply select which meal to skip in your profile, save the change, then generate a new menu set. You don’t have to fast, of course, but the menu structure may better suit you. I suggest that you opt for skipping dinner – that way you have breakfast and a dinner-like lunch that you can use in the evening. |
![]() | I am new this is little overwhelmed. Do these menus options change every week? The menu to me are alot. I am finding that i am full not waiting a snack sometimes lunch as well more of a bfast n dinner eater? Suggestions please ? |
