![]() | Hi, twonurses2. If you have a serving of vegetables somewhere, the extra protein may be coming from that. Note that some foods have small amounts of protein that are still counted. |
![]() | I am making my own meal plan and working with meal planner. I am allowed 3 proteins I choose 2 vegan franks value of 2 and 1 oz of brick cheese value of 1 protein for a total of 3 proteins. The calculator says it is work 3.6 why the difference? |
