Hi, twonurses2. Green beans are definitely among the non-starchy vegetables you can use for the “Vegetables of Your Choice” category. What vegetables do you like that you are not seeing?

Thanks for the support. When I am planning my meals the is very limited vegetables to choose from. How can I add 2 servings of green beans or just 2 servings of vegatbles.

Hi, twonurses2. If you have a serving of vegetables somewhere, the extra protein may be coming from that. Note that some foods have small amounts of protein that are still counted.
