![]() | Hi, Corina2018. Fruit is challenging on a keto plan, because most are high in carbohydrates. Those that are lower include raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and cassava melon. It is important to maintain more fat in the plan than the combination of carbohydrate and protein, so be sure to have a source of fat with any fruit – such as whipped cream, dark chocolate, fatty cheese, etc. |
