Hi, jhhjhhr. Don’t worry about it too much then – it does sound like the lesser of “evils.” You can make up for it a bit by eating at least some “bio” yogurt (with active cultures) each day.
Also, if you’re not too picky about the specific taste and can go with any cola beverage, you may benefit from the cola version of Zevia (sweetened with Stevia, which tends to be better for your system – https://www.zevia.com/products).

I know we need to drink a lot of I love water but I also like a couple diet cokes a day . I don’t drink smoke or do drugs but I will have to work hard to give up that addiction I know Its worthless harm but it helped me quit a 38 yr cig habit.what do I do. I totally read otherwise.
