Hi, Ginger3151. Drinking water is a fantastic idea. Cutting back on snacks is fine, but do be sure to get any produce and dairy elsewhere in your day. The goal is to get each day a total of 5 fruit/vegetable servings and 3 calcium rich food/beverage servings.

I have a problem getting that much food into my diet each day. I eat 3 meals and 1 snack, that’s about all I can handle. Drinking water all day seems to help with filling full.

Hi, Sherriudall. Quite a few people note that it seems like a lot of food, but they still lose weight. We want to avoid causing hunger and any impossible cravings or binges. If you find that you’re struggling with the program, please repost here, and I will help find a solution.

Hi I’m new and trying to figure this out. This looks like way too much food per day. How is it working for you?
