Hi, Jen5050. Do you mean adding the “leftovers” to supper, or having them instead of the supper in your menu?
If you are adding them, that’s fine, but try not to eat too late, so that you’re not loading up right before sleep.
If you are having them instead of your supper, be careful not to eat too little over the course of the day, as that can eventually lead to stalled weight loss.

If I don’t eat everything on my menu for lunch can I have what I didn’t eat for supper?
