Hi, Michelledominica. There are very low-carbohydrate vegetables that you can use, such as raw greens, cucumbers, zucchini, turnip, celery, and kohlrabi.

Hi ! I’d like to have sufficient vegetables as well on a keto . Can u recommend a few that can be added to my diet without adding carbs and surely not effecting the macros
