Hi, Kim L. Until an intermittent faster jumps in, I’ll just note that it has been recommended to essentially follow the same schedule, but flip the 12 hours. So for example, if you usually eat from 11 pm to 7 am while on your night shift, then on your days off eat from 11 am to 7 pm. I hope that helps.

Is anyone else trying to do this while working the overnight shift? If so, how do you plan your meals around your days off? Any help would be great!

Thank you!
Kim L
