Hi, Lopez15. You can order items from Thrive Market (http://go.thrv.me/aff_c?offer_id=6&aff_id=6077&aff_sub=sh) – that is the best source for healthy foods. If you can’t find something, let me know.
Since you are concerned for your family, I would suggest that you switch over to our regular low-carb route, which you can do simply by deselecting “Keto” from the “Dietary Needs” area of your profile (on the right side), then generating a new menu. You can swap individual foods for items you prefer, by using the edit tools to the right of each item.

If you have additional questions, please let me know.

Not particularly. I just thought I would try it because I’ve heard good stuff about it. Can I order things off of online, here? I don’t know how to go about getting the certain foods on the menu during this time of the Coronavirus.

Hi, Lopez15. Your menu plan definitely provides enough calories for your husband and children, but note that not everyone may do well with keto. Is there a reason your chose it? Would you be willing to switch to a low-carb plan that is more family-friendly?

Are there meals available that can be served for the whole family? I have to feed myself, husband, and 3 kids (5y and under). I am disabled and not up for cooking different meals for the whole family. And will it be a possible problem that what I need to lose weight won’t be enough for my kids to gain weight?
