Hi, ElliottM. “Vegetables of your choice” are listed as options at lunch and dinner at a minimum, and sometimes also in the afternoon snack. When you click on that link, you will see a list of green vegetables. Green peas are considered a legume, and so will be listed on your menu separately – if not, you can click on a legume in your menu, then select peas as a replacement from the pop-up list.
100% fruit juices that are readymade are discouraged here, as they are often preserved in a method that depletes the value. If you squeeze your own, then each half-cup is equal to a fruit exchange.

Hello. Why are there no green veggies listed with meal plans (green peas, green beans, turnip greens, asparagus, etc.)? These were not even listed on the food lists where you could include and exclude foods. Second question, why is 100% fruit juices not allowed such as Simply Apple or OJ?
