![]() | I am beginner for real. I think I missed week one as I am working my way to understand the website. Well, I am starting tomorrow Monday 2/17/20. One thing I do not understand do I change my menu myself for the rest of the week or can I eat what I had also eaten on Monday? Oh, and do you give selections for the rest of the week? |
