![]() | Hi, OntheBank. That’s fine. You can consolidate some of the food groups from your snacks into meals. Try to focus on the protein sources (especially dairy and fish) and produce (fruits and vegetables). Please let me know if that isn’t clear, or isn’t enough to simplify things. |
