Hi, Jsauls. The “requirements” are an approximation, and are for available carbohydrates. The recipes feature total carbohydrates. The important factor is that carbohydrates don’t exceed 10% of calories, and protein 15% – and of course, that there will always be more fat than carbohydrate+protein.

So if I am required 30 carbs, 93 protein, and 152 fat, why is that some of the menus provided have some numbers a little lower and some a little higher?
