Hi, Taracanfield. The following are “free” vegetables that you can add without worry:
*Raw greens (lettuce, baby greens, watercress, arugula, etc.)
*Cucumber
*Celery

I’d like to have a lot more veggies for fiber than what is in most of the keto recipes. Are there freebies or something that i could incorporate? Like can I add as many cucumbers as I’d like or leafy greens,broccoli, etc?
