The swap function of the pre-made menus do not give you the option to swap between food groups, but you can build a menu from scratch with those substitutions by clicking on the edit icon in each meal header, and selecting the foods you want. You will see your meal pattern there, and you an just select protein foods for the carbohydrate exchanges – ignore any red signs. |

![]() | I cut down a cup of rice to a half, and cut down on some other carbs and I was under my calorie intake and not so high in carbs. Can I do this???? |
![]() | I put in my calories in myfitnesspal and the amt of carbs is 215g which is extremley high. I don’t know if I can lose weight eating that many carbs? Also myfitnesspal says to eat 1600 calories while this diet is 1790 a day. Please help!!! i don’t wanna go grocery shopping on the 5th if I can’t do this diet cuz it is a lot of food to buy. |

![]() | Hi. I wasn’t sure if dairy, gluten, or carbs is keeping me from weight loss. The recipes look great with portion control and healthy. I liked keto but because of the extremely high fat…including saturated…my triglycerides shot sky high. Should I avoid it although I liked the food. Had unlimited energy, and lost 15lbs? Then my weight stalled. |
