Hi, Racecar20. We would rather you get your nutrition from whole foods rather than processed items like shakes. In a pinch, something like Arbonne is fine instead of a snack once in a while, but frequent use can work against your efforts here. If you like shakes and smoothies, you can check out our extensive collection of recipes, which use whole foods instead of processed.

Are Protein shakes a good replacement for meals on this plan? I drink arbonne protein shakes with fruit for breakfast sometime.
