![]() | Hi, jackie1951. Raw sugar is an excellent choice. Just keep in mind that it can add up quickly – one teaspoon is 4 grams of carbohydrate, and 16 calories. |
![]() | I use raw sugar in my coffee? Is that ok? |
![]() | Thank you. I thought sugar was forbidden. I will definitely try this option tomorrow. |
![]() | Hi, hotelhania, and welcome. You can use regular light cream as “creamer” – just not anything artificial. For sweeteners, you can use a teaspoon of sugar if you use the light cream – any more than that, then we recommend something carbohydrate-free. To make Stevia better, get a product that combines it with erythritol, like Truvia. |
![]() | I am a newbie, this is my first week doing Keto. I understand I am not suppose to use creamer. It was suggested to use unsweetened almond milk and stevia. It was totally gross. I am looking for suggestions. I have to have that one cup in the morning, i would like it to taste good. Thank you. |
