Hi, Joanne. We actually don’t recommend agave or any other concentrated fructose sweetener, as they can be hard on your liver. Instead, we encourage Stevia, erythritol, and monk fruit – all are natural and gentle.

I’ve been using Organic Agave for sweetner. Is this recommended or are there other suggestions for something better.
