![]() | Hi, lhillman46. That’s fantastic! |
![]() | Thank you, I actually add blueberries or blackberries to the shake. It’s a good meal replacement. |
![]() | Hi, lhillman46. Garden of Life is excellent. You absolutely can continue to use it, but be sure to add fresh produce to your shake. |
![]() | Garden of Life organic plant based protein with probiotics. Contains Amino acids and organic plant. No soy, gluten, no whey, non GMO. Bean envy mct, collagen and prebiotics |
![]() | Hi, lhillman46, and welcome! It depends on the general ingredients in the shakes and other products. What are the names/brands? |
![]() | I have just signed up for this plan yesterday and I like the menu ideas, substitutions, foods I eat, However, I live in a rural area and tomorrow is grocery shopping day. I like protein shakes with MCT powder, prebiotics, and collagen added to organic plant proteins. I am substituting this in the morning and wonder how it will affect my overall progress. I eat an egg as well as whole grain bread for a snack etc. But I hate to waste the 60.00 I spent on my protein powder. You thoughts? |
