| purpleskye 12 years ago | hi all just letting you know that i made it through all these holidays and i didnt put ny weight on…YA.LOL.my weight stayed the same but atleast i didnt put any on…although its very hot here 44c i dont go for a walk..what i do is just put the air conditioner on and walk around the house for around 20 mins 2 times a day..my me so they get exercise to LOL…love and light to you all. |
